Our philosophy
We believe that the most delicious products are those which are local and in season. You won't find a tomato in our sandwiches during the winter, nor butternut soup in the summer. That's why we work with Swiss producers and farmers, to select the best seasonal, bio and provenance led ingredients and products.
Our team visits the local market every week to buy the best in-season ingredients for that weeks menu. This ensures that we are continually inspired by fresh ingredients, and can offer our regular guests new experiences every week. Our menu celebrates simplicity while embracing experimentation and diversity.
Our products
Specialty coffee + hot drinks
We serve the best specialty coffee from local roaster Expe Coffee who have lovingly sourced their beans from small producers. Alongside this, we serve exciting teas and infusions including buckwheat, ginger and roasted brown rice.
Pastries + Desserts
With pastries including our famous kouign amanns and flakey buns, to favourite desserts like peanut butter cookies and rocky roads, our sweet offering has something for everyone. From sausage rolls to leek tatins our tantalising savoury pastries also make a perfect snack or side dish.
Soft drinks
We offer a selection of home-made soft drinks ranging from ice tea to sparkling matcha and rhubarb cheong - a subtly fermented fruit syrup. We have also curated a selection of specialist soft drinks from small Swiss producers.
Seasonal Sandwiches
We have new sandwiches every week that change according to what piques our interest at the market. From this, our creations always cater to vegan, vegetarian and omnivore diets and seek to keep our customers coming back to find out what new tastes are on offer. Bread is of course of utmost importance to us and so we have developed our own house-made loaves and we collaborate with local sourdough bakeries to provide the best sandwich experience possible.
